Seth JaiPrakash Mukandlal Polytechnic for women was established in the loving sacred memory of Late Seth Jaiprakash Ji by his wife Sethani Swaraj Devi and their illustrious sons late Seth Swatantra Kumar, Seth Ashok Kumar and Shri Vijay Kumar in 1975 also International Women’s Year. This was the second Polytechnic for women in Uttar Pradesh at the time of its inception. This Institute runs under Registered Society “VIDYA KENDRA” which is registered under Registrar of Societies U.P., with registration No. 30/1954-55 under whom more than 27 Institutions are being run. This institution is located in the academic campus exclusively for women in Dayanand Nagar, Model Town, Ghaziabad. This Institute is well equipped for providing both theoretical and practical training with adequate class rooms, laboratories, library and sports ground for out door activities. It is a modern progressive Institution for providing job-oriented training for women with a scientific outlook on life, dedicated to the high ideals of late Seth Jaiprakash Ji.
